无机高分子混凝剂处理冶炼厂初期雨水研究

Study on Treatment of Inorganic Polymer Coagulant in Initial Rainwater in Smelter

  • 摘要: 介绍了混凝剂的选取原则,研究了几种常用水处理无机高分子絮凝剂对废水中重金属离子的脱除效果,通过对比聚合硫酸铁和PAM絮凝沉降后出水,发现聚合硫酸铁有助于改善出水COD指标,同时优化投加顺序可降低碱单耗。

     

    Abstract: The selection principle of coagulant was introduced, and the removal effect of several commonly used water treatment inorganic polymer flocculants on heavy metal ions in wastewater was studied. By comparing the effluent after flocculation and settlement of polyferric sulfate and PAM, it was found that polyferric sulfate helped improve the effluent COD index, while optimizing the order of addition could reduce the alkali unit consumption.
