昆明市饮用水源地类固醇类雌激素的背景调查

Background Investigation on Steroid Estrogens in the Drinking Water Sources in Kunming

  • 摘要: 采用衍生化法-气相色谱串联质谱法,对昆明市饮用水源地水体的天然雌激素雌酮(Estrone,E1)、雌二醇(17β-Estradiol,E2)、人工合成的炔雌二醇(17α-ethynylestradiol,EE2)和雌三醇(Estriol,E3)浓度进行检测分析。研究发现,E1、E2、EE2和E3的的方法检出限分别为1.98、1.86、2.57和1.93 ng/L。昆明市主城区六个主要饮用水源地(松华坝、大河、清水海、云龙、宝象河、自卫村水库)的4种雌激素浓度均低于方法检出限,表明类固醇类雌激素未检出。

     

    Abstract: In this paper, derivatization and gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry were used to test the concentrations of natural Estrone(E1), estradiol(17β-Estradiol, E2), Estriol(E3) and synthetic ethinyl estradiol(17α-ethynylestradiol, EE2) in the drinking water sources of Kunming. The detection limits of E1, E2, EE2 and E3 were 1.98, 1.86, 2.57 and 1.93ng/L, respectively.The concentrations of four estrogens in the six main drinking water sources(Songhuba, Dahe, Qingshuihai, Yunlong, Baoxianghe,Ziweicun Reservoir) in the main urban area of Kunming were all lower than the detection limits, indicating that steroid estrogens were not detected.
