Radiation Environmental Impact and Protection Safety of X-ray Flaw Detection for Yunnan Dawei Equipment

  • 摘要: 通过对大为装备既有探伤室结构和屏蔽效果估算,给出探伤室内探伤作业区界定对探伤室外关键点位剂量率控制指标及防护效果评估;对移动探伤在不同场景采用不同防护措施后,探伤主束线、漏射线、散射线对作业区剂量率的估算,指导探伤检测作业控制区、监督区的合理划分;对探伤室放射防护及操作要求和移动式探伤的辐射防护分析,得出大为装备工业X射线探伤满足辐射防护正当性原则,探伤作业对区域辐射环境的影响可控。

     

    Abstract: By estimating the structure and shielding effectiveness of the existing flaw detection room at Dawei Equipment, this study defines the operation area within the room and evaluates the dose rate control indicators and protective effects for key points outside the room. For mobile flaw detection, the dose rates of the primary beam, leakage radiation, and scattered radiation in the operation area were estimated under different scenarios using specific protective measures. These estimations guide the rational division of control and supervision areas for flaw detection operations. Through the analysis of radiation protection and operational requirements for the detection room, as well as the radiation protection for mobile operations, it is concluded that the industrial X-ray flaw detection at Dawei Equipment meets the justification principle of radiation protection, and the impact of detection operations on the regional radiation environment is controllable.
