AA3连续流动分析仪测定挥发酚的可行性研究及优势

The Feasibility and Advantages of Determining Volatile phenols by AA3 Continuous Flow Analyzer

  • 摘要: 使用德国SEAL公司AA3型连续流动分析仪(配备100cm光程的液体波导毛细管流通池,LWCC)测定水中挥发酚,实验结果表明,方法线性关系好,相关系数≥0.9995;灵敏度高,检出限为0.15μg/L;精密性高,相对标准偏差(RSD)仅0.62%;准确度高,标准物质测定相对误差(RE)<3%,加标回收率达93.8%~107.5%,满足挥发酚测定相关要求。另外,与4-氨基安替比林分光光度萃取法相比,连续流动分析法操作简单、快速高效、灵敏度高、检出限低、稳定性高、实验过程易重现及追溯等特点,使其在低浓度、大批量样品分析中具有明显优势。

     

    Abstract: AA3 continuous flow analyzer with 100 cm liquid waveguide capillary cell(LWCC) was used to determine volatile phenols in water in order to investigate the feasibility and advantages of continuous flow analysis(CFA) method. The results showed that the linear correlation was above 0.9995, the detection limit was as low as 0.15μg/L, the relative standard deviation(RSD) was 0.62% and the recovery was 93. 8%~107.5%. All those indexes indicated that it was feasible to determine volatile phenols in water by CFA, especially for large-batch determination of low-concentration volatile phenols because of the advantages of CFA such as high sensitivity and low detective limit, high accuracy and precision, high stability, high analysis speed and less reagents consumption.
