三塔式RTO工业有机废气处理系统设计与应用

Design and Application of the Three-Tower RTO Industrial Organic Waste Gas Treatment System

  • 摘要: 介绍了当前挥发性有机污染物的危害及治理方法,基于江苏省某企业流延工艺中产生的有机废气净化处理需求,展开三塔式RTO净化研究设计,进行工艺设计、关键参数计算、设备选型及校核验证。在燃烧室温度760℃、停留时间1.0 s的条件下,RTO排气平均温度为98℃、热回收效率达到93.2%、处理效率为98.7%、非甲烷总烃排放浓度为18.6 mg/Nm3,达到当地排放标准要求,设备长期稳定运行。对规范RTO工业有机废气净化系统的设计有一定参考价值,对碳减排工作的推进具有积极意义。

     

    Abstract: The article introduced the current hazards of volatile organic pollutants and its treatment methods.Based on the purification requirements of organic waste gas produced in the casting process of an enterprise in Jiangsu Province,the three-tower RTO purification research and design was carried out as well as the process design,key parameter calculation,equipment selection and verification.Under the conditions of 760℃combustion chamber temperature and 1.0s residence time,the average RTO exhaust temperature is 98℃,the heat recovery efficiency is 93.2%,the treatment efficiency is 98.7%,and the total non-methane hydrocarbon emission concentration is 18.6 mg/Nm3,which meets the requirements of local emission standards.This design example provided certain reference value for standardizing the design of RTO industrial organic waste gas purification system and had positive significance for promoting carbon reduction work.
