Abstract:
In order to reflect the current status and characteristics of the tourism traffic carbon footprint, Jiuzhaigou scenic area was selected as a case study, and the spatial-temporal variation characteristics of traffic carbon emissions in Jiuzhaigou scenic area were analyzed by calculating the traffic carbon emissions and carbon footprint data under different spatial-temporal background based on the life cycle assessment method. The study found that the traffic carbon emissions in Jiuzhaigou scenic area showed spatialtemporal variation characteristics, which were closely related to tourism demand and commercial system. Finally, this paper proposed strategies and measures to optimize carbon emissions, including the establishment of a comprehensive carbon emission detection system based on the Internet of Things in order to achieve sustainable development of the tourism industry.
