Abstract: The paper summarized the reasons of algebra blossom in rivers and lakes and presented the factors that would impact the emergent treatment strategy of blossom. The current blossom treatment methods were introduced as well as the related decision-making process to support the building of the decision-making platform for algebra blossom treatment.
