混凝气浮+纤维转盘滤池工艺处理矿井废水工程实践

Engineering Practice of Coagulation Air Float + Fiber Rotary Disc Filter Process for Mine Wastewater Treatment

  • 摘要: 介绍了混凝气浮+纤维转盘滤池工艺处理煤矿井废水的工程实践。工程运行结果表明,该工艺系统出水SS、CODCr平均去除率分别达到97.5%、92%以上,完全满足设计要求。该工艺与传统的混凝沉淀+砂滤矿井废水处理工艺相比,占地面积小,运行稳定,维护简单,投资费用省,具有显著的经济和环境效益。

     

    Abstract: This paper introduced the engineering practice of using coagulation-air flotation + fiber rotary filter to treat coal mine wastewater. The project operation results showed that the average removal rates of SS and CODCr in the effluent of the process system reached 97. 5% and 92%,respectively,which fully met the design requirements.Compared with the traditional coagulation sedimentation + sand filtration process,this process has the advantages of small floor area,stable operation,simple maintenance,low investment cost and remarkable economic and environmental benefits.
