铝电解槽集气结构负压分布数值模拟研究

Study on Numerical Simulation of Negative Pressure Distribution in Collecting Structure of Aluminum Electrolytic Cell

  • 摘要: 采用数值模拟手段开展电解槽集气结构负压分布研究,不仅降低了研发成本,缩短了研发周期,提高了研发效率;并且通过与实际运行数据对比,发现模拟计算结果与实际运行数据较为吻合,各项参数偏差均在±8%内。因此,采用数值模拟手段对开展电解槽优化改进具有非常重要的意义。

     

    Abstract: In this paper, the numerical simulation method was used to study the negative pressure distribution of the gas collecting structure of the electrolytic cell, which not only reduced the R&D cost, shortened the R&D cycle, and improved the R&D efficiency. By comparing with the actual operation data, it was found that the simulation results were very consistent with the actual operation data, and the deviation of each parameter was within ±8%. Therefore, the use of numerical simulation meant to carry out the electrolytic cell optimization and improvement had a very important significance.
