过硫酸钠测定水中总氮的可行性探究

Feasible Study on Determination of Total Nitrogen in Water by Sodium Persulfate

  • 摘要: 碱性过硫酸钾消解紫外分光光度法作为国家标准(HJ 636-2012)规定的测定方法,面临过硫酸钾难溶解的问题。本文通过对比过硫酸钠与过硫酸钾在消解总氮时的标准曲线、12种含氮标液的消解率,发现使用过硫酸钠消解的标准曲线具有较低的空白值,两者对含氮标液的消解,总体不存在显著性差异,认为使用过硫酸钠代替过硫酸钾消解测定总氮具有可行性。

     

    Abstract: Alkaline potassium persulfate digestion UV spectrophotometric method,as a standard method from HJ636-2012,is facing with many problems,one of which is that potassium persulfate is difficult to dissolve. The research compared sodium persulfate with potassium persulfate by using them in standard curve and twelve nitrogen standard solutions' digestion. According to the experiment,it was found that the standard curve with sodium persulfate had a low blank value. There was no significant difference about twelve nitrogen standard solutions. Therefore,using sodium persulfate to replace potassium persulfate in total nitrogen's measure is feasible.
