Abstract: According to the surface water monitoring data of 2018-2019 of Qingdao, The water quality and characteristics in terms of time, space, and basin were analyzed. It is proposed the countermeasures toward the existing water environmental problems, which provided strong technical support for making scientific policy of environmental management.
