Abstract:
After running for a few of weeks,different degrees of leakage appeared on the pipe fittings of electroplating wastewater treatment by membrane technology. It was found that most of the leak sites were black and dark brown,which occurred in the concentrated and super-concentrated sections of the membrane treatment equipment,especially on the joints at both ends of the stainless steel valves. According to the characteristics of leakage and thecompositionoftheliquid in pipe,in order to provide technical support for improving the problem of leakage on membrane treatment equipment for electroplating waste water,the causes and solutions of the leakage were analyzed from three aspects including featuresofstainless steel,corrosion types,and welding processes.
