Abstract: Craft beer, with its small output, variety and personalized taste, is favored by young consumers. It will be the future and trend of the domestic beer market. Because it is still a new thing in China, the corresponding environmental protection policies and regulations have not been formulated timely, which would cause some difficulties to environmental protection management. In view of the current status, environmental protection departments should supervise the craft beer industry objectively based on the current environmental protection policies and regulations, and consider the characteristics of the craft beer industry as a whole, at the same time, the state should speed up the making of the relevant environmental protection policies and regulations for the craft beer industry, pointing the way for environmental management, and helping the craft beer industry embarking on a healthy, green and sustainable road.
