个旧冶炼废水污灌区野豌豆对土壤重金属富集作用的研究

Study on the Enrichment of Heavy Metals by Vetch in Gejiu Smelting Wastewater Irrigation Area

  • 摘要: 为探究冶炼废水灌区重金属植物富集修复的可行性,选择在污染区域大量生长的乡土植物野豌豆,研究其对Cd、As、Cr、Cu、Pb、Zn等7种重金属元素的积累含量和积累特征。结果表明:野豌豆对不同重金属积累的含量不同,不同重金属在野豌豆体内积累部位均在叶部积累的含量最大,分别为2.92、22.18、9.8、22.66、18.19、62.31mg/g。野豌豆能从土壤中将Cd、Cu、Zn大量富集至植株,富集系数分别达到了0.52、0.23、0.54。不同重金属在野豌豆体内从地下部分向地上部分的转移能力均较强,生物转移系数分别为10.28、31.48、18.38、7.98、32.18、13.84,其中As、Pb转移能力最强。野豌豆能够大量富集土壤中的重金属元素,并转移至野豌豆叶部等地上部分富集,具有良好的重金属植物富集转运修复能力。

     

    Abstract: To explore the feasibility of heavy metal enrichment and remediation in smelting wastewater tank area.one native plants,Vetch,were selected to test in the polluted area. The accumulation and characteristics of 7 heavy metal elements,including Cd,As,Cr,Cu,Pb and Zn,were studied. The accumulation contents of different heavy metals in Vetch were different,and the accumulation contents of different heavy metals in Vetch were the largest in the leaf,which were 2. 92,22. 18,9. 8,22. 66,18. 19,and 62. 31 mg/kg,respectively. The enrichment coefficient of Cd,Cu,and Zn reached 0. 52,0. 23,and 0. 54 respectively. The biological transfer coefficients of different heavy metals were 10. 28,31. 48,18. 38,7. 98,32. 18,and 13. 84 respectively,among which the transfer capacity of As and Pb was the strongest. Heavy metal elements in the soil could be enriched in a large amount and transferred to the leaf of Vetch.
