隔膜式电解调节含盐废水pH技术研究

Study on the Technology of Regulating the pH of Saline Wastewater by Diaphragm Electrolysis

  • 摘要: 采用隔膜式电化学代替H2SO4和NaOH调节含盐废水的pH,结果证明阴膜阳极室出水pH=3.54,电导率=10.33 mS/cm,阳膜阳极室出水pH=3.62,电导率=5.31 mS/cm,阳膜阴极室出水p H=8.22,电导率=10.12 mS/cm,阴膜阴极室出水p H=8.10,电导率=9.64 mS/cm,最终采用阳膜阳极室+阴膜阴极室组合调节pH,吨水电耗22.14 kW·h/t,折合成本16.61元,出水电导率降幅36.97%,酸碱药剂法成本2.22元,出水电导率增幅46.82%,隔膜式电化学降低电导率效果明显,具备一定应用前景。

     

    Abstract: Using diaphragm electrochemistry instead of H2SO4 and NaOH to adjust the pH of saline wastewater was studied. The results showed that the pH of the effluent from the cathode membrane anode chamber was 3.54 and the conductivity was 10.33 mS/cm, the pH of the effluent from the anode chamber of the anode membrane was 3.62, and the conductivity was 5.31 mS/cm, the pH of the effluent from the anode cathode chamber was 8.22, and the conductivity was 10.12 mS/cm, the pH of the effluent from the cathode chamber of the cathode membrane was 8.10, and the conductivity was 9.64 mS/cm. A combination of anode and cathode membrane chambers was used to adjust p H with a power consumption of 22.14 kW·h/t, equivalent to a cost of 16.61 yuan. The decrease in effluent conductivity was 36.97%, the cost of acid-base chemical method was 2.22 yuan, and the increase in effluent conductivity was 46.82%, the diaphragm electrochemical method had a significant effect on reducing conductivity and had certain application prospects.
