Abstract: Rich mineral resources in Yunnan province leads to the characteristics of high universal and regional background values of heavy metals, which has resulted in a higher heavy metal content value in the soil than the filter value and the failure of the certification of organic agricultural products and green food and the failing of applying the result of the high background values of farmland zoning with weak representability of sampling sites.Therefore, it is suggested to promote agricultural soil pollution condition detailed investigation results and the use of high background values zoning result to further carry out the investigation of soil environmental quality of agricultural land in the high-background region. The research and development of science and technology strived to establish provincial green and organic food local standards and corresponding countermeasures and suggestions,to help the development of green food brands in Yunnan Province.
