我国污染地块修复与风险管控后期管理环境监测体系研究

Research on Environmental Monitoring System of Risk Controlled and Remediated Sites in China

  • 摘要: 污染地块修复与风险管控后期管理环境监测对于地块的安全利用具有重要支撑和保障作用,目前国内关于其环境监测体系的探究较少。本文重点分析了当前后期管理环境监测方面存在的难点及问题,从环境要素识别、监测计划制定、样品采集及结果分析等方面进行研究及探讨,初步建立了环境监测体系框架及流程,并以某遗留焦化厂地块为例进行方案设计,旨在为我国污染地块修复与风险管控后期管理提供技术参考。

     

    Abstract: Environmental monitoring plays an important supporting and guaranteeing role in the safe utilization of sites after their remediation and risk management. However, research on the relevant environmental monitoring system is limited in China. This study focuses on analyzing the current difficulties and issues in post-management environmental monitoring. It conducts research and discussion from the aspects of environmental element identification, monitoring plan formulation, sample collection, and result analysis, preliminarily establishing a framework and procedure for the environmental monitoring system. Taking a legacy coking plant site as an example, a monitoring scheme is designed, aiming to provide a technical reference for the post-management of remediated and risk-controlled sites in China.
