铅锌矿区农作物重金属富集特征及健康风险评估

Heavy Metal Enrichment Characteristics and Health Risk Assessment of Crops in Typical Abandoned Lead-zinc Mining Areas

  • 摘要: 选择某废弃土法冶炼铅锌矿址后改为农用地区域为试验研究区。在研究区域采集9件土壤样品和6种农作物样品为研究对象,分析了8种重金属(Cd、As、Pb、Cu、Hg、Ni、Cr、Zn)在土壤-农作物系统中富集转移特征并进行健康风险评估。结果表明:土壤中铅、锌、铜、砷和镉属重累积并严重污染,汞属中度累积,镍属轻度累积,而铬无明显累积,但未受汞、镍和铬3种重金属污染。所研究农作物对重金属均属规避型植物。铬和砷在油菜中含量超过安全值倍数最高,铜、锌和汞在菠菜中含量超过安全值倍数最高,镉在红萝卜中的含量表现出最高超安全值倍数。白萝卜、白菜、红萝卜和野藠头中Cu元素和菠菜中Cr元素未超过参考剂量。分析结果显示研究区Cu、Cr、Cd、Hg、Zn对人体健康存在潜在危害,而As、Pb存在慢性毒性。

     

    Abstract: In this experiment, an abandoned lead-zinc mine site was selected as the experimental research area after being changed into agricultural land. Nine soil samples and six crops samples were collected in the study area to analyze the enrichment and transfer characteristics of 8 heavy metals(Cd, As, Pb, Cu, Ni, Cr, Zn) in the soil-crops system,and to evaluate the health risks. The results showed that lead, zinc, copper, arsenic and cadmium in soil were heavily accumulated and seriously polluted, mercury was moderately accumulated, nickel was slightly accumulated, and chromium was not significantly accumulated, but mercury, nickel and chromium were not contaminated. The crops in this study were all heavy metal avoidance plants. The content of chromium and arsenic in rapeseed was the highest, the content of copper, zinc and mercury in spinach was the highest, and the content of cadmium in radish was the highest.Cu in radish, Chinese cabbage, carrot and onion and Cr in spinach did not exceed the reference dose. The results showed that Cu, Cr, Cd, Hg and Zn had potential harm to human health, while As and Pb had chronic toxicity.
