Abstract:
Based on the NCEP reanalysis data and the ground weather observation data, the WRF and CALPUFF models were used to evaluate the atmospheric environmental layout sensitivity and diffusion performance of BaoshanCity. The result helped to demarcate control zones, put forward subarea control strategy, and discuss its application in different fields. It showed that the layout sensitive area and weak diffusion area of atmospheric environment could be simulated and identified effectively by the models.The layout sensitive areas were mainly distributed in the upwind and transportation channels of each county. The weak diffusion areas were mainly distributed in the valley in the south of Baoshan. The air environmental control zones were divided into priority protection zones, key control zones and general control zones, and each zone should implement differentiated management strategies according to its own attributes and characteristics.The implementation and application of atmospheric environmental subarea control were conducive to promoting industrial transformation and upgrading, improving ambient air quality, and forming a spatial pattern in which the protection and development of national space are coordinated.
