重庆小安溪流域水污染承载与控制对策

Pollution Carrying Capacity and Control Measures of the Xiao'anxi Watershed in Chongqing

  • 摘要: 处于渝西地区的小安溪流域水环境质量达标难度较大,依据市控监测断面划分该流域污染承载域单元,并基于污染源调查监测结果分析各单元内污染源排放及污染负荷。研究得出,小安溪流域COD负荷为23103. 94t、氨氮负荷为1049. 63t、总磷负荷为325. 74t;小安溪流域水质主要超标因子为COD和总磷,而农业源是造成超标的主要来源,畜禽养殖污染为影响小安溪流域水质的主要问题;生活源和集中式污染源对小安溪流域水质也有较大的影响;工业源排放对小安溪流域水质影响较小。通过识别小安溪流域主要水环境问题,提出流域污染承载控制的对策建议。

     

    Abstract: It was difficult for the Xiao'anxi River Basin in Western Chongqing to reach the standard of water environment quality. According to the monitoring section of municipal control,the pollution carrying area units were divided. Based on the results of pollution source investigation and monitoring,the emission and pollution load of pollution sources in each unit were analyzed. The results showed that the COD load was 23103. 94 tons,the ammonia nitrogen load was 1049. 63 tons,and the total phosphorus load was 325. 74 tons; the main over standard factors of water quality in the Xiao'anxi basin were COD and total phosphorus,while the agricultural source was the main source,the livestock and poultry breeding pollution was the main problem affecting the water quality of the basin;the living source and centralized pollution source also had a large impact on the water quality. However,the industrial source discharge had little impact on the water quality. By identifying the main water environment problems,the countermeasures and suggestions for pollution control were put forward.
