行政区域间地表水月度水质考核成绩模型建立与应用

Establishment and Application of Monthly Assessment Model of Surface Water Quality among Administrative Regions

  • 摘要: 地表水水质断面,较普遍情况是大江大河的支流断面占大多数;同时,达标任务分解到市级和县级行政区是目前改善水质的有效方式,对同级行政区域进行水质评判、考核和排名工作均已展开。但地表水水质评判普遍采用的断面达标率法不适应同级行政区排名与考核的需要,无法分出优劣。经对西部7省市连续25个月地表水实测值进行统计分析,以取自然对数值法建立了一套同级行政区之间的地表水月度水质考核成绩模型,可用于市辖或省辖各行政区域地表水的水质优劣名次排序,实例应用显示该模型合理恰当、有效可靠又易于理解。

     

    Abstract: Surface water quality section of the tributaries of large rivers accounted for most of the sections; At the same time, it is an effective way to improve water quality to divide the task of reaching the standard into municipal and county administrative regions, and the evaluation, assessment and ranking of water quality in administrative regions at the same level have been carried out. However, the method of reaching the standard rate of the section, which is widely used in the evaluation of surface water quality in the county area, cannot meet the needs of ranking and assessment, and distinguish the quality of water between good and bad. Based on the statistical analysis of surface water measured in 7 provinces and cities in western China for 25 consecutive months, a set of monthly test results model of surface water quality in counties was established by using the natural logarithm method, the model could be used to rank the quality of surface water in municipal or provincial districts and counties. The application showed that the model was reasonable, reliable, and easy to understand. It is expected to promote the establishment of the scientific method of surface water quality evaluation, assessment, and ranking.
