Abstract:
In order to explore the optimal construction parameters of the ecological cover film, a two-factor experimental design was adopted, and a control group was set up to conduct 16 dust suppression studies on the concentration and dosage of different ecological film. The discharge of PM
10 and PM
2.5 in all 16 treatments at 4 h, 1 month and 3 months after construction was smaller than that of the control group. At 4 h and 1 month after the end of construction, the concentration and dosage of different ecological film had a significant effect on PM
10 and PM
2.5 emissions (
P< 0.01). With the increase of the concentration and dosage of ecological film, PM
10 and PM
2.5 emissions showed a decreasing trend. Three months after the completion of the construction, due to the degradation of the ecological cover film, different ecological cover film concentrations had no significant effect on PM
10 and PM
2.5 emissions (
P>0.05), and the unit area consumption had a significant effect on PM
10 and PM
2.5 emissions, PM
10 and PM
2.5 emissions decreased as the amount of unit area increases. When the ecological covering film concentration is 2%, and the unit area dosage is 20 L/m
2,the dust suppression effect is the best. Its construction is completed in 4 hours, and the PM
10 and PM
2.5 emissions in 4 hours, 1 month, and 3 months are 118 and 18, 101 and 15, 99 and 17μg/(m
3·h), respectively.
