氮负荷及真空脱气对厌氧氨氧化颗粒污泥脱氮影响

Impact of Nitrogen Loading Rate and Vacuum Degassing on Retention and Nitrogen Removal of Anaerobic Ammonia-oxidizing Granular Sludge

  • 摘要: 探索了氮负荷的波动对AnGS稳定性及脱氮性能的影响,并考察了真空脱气控制颗粒污泥上浮效果。对微生物群落结构分析表明,硝化细菌属主要为Nitrosomonas,相对丰度为4.85%;厌氧氨氧化细菌属主要为Candidatus_Kuenenia,相对丰度为21.05%;反硝化细菌属主要为unclassified_Bacteria,相对丰度为14.59%,反应器成功实现了亚硝化细菌、厌氧氨氧化细菌与反硝化细菌的富集共生。

     

    Abstract: This study explored the influence of fluctuating nitrogen loading rate on the stability and denitrification performance of AnGS and examined the efficacy of vacuum degassing in controlling sludge flotation. Microbial community analysis indicated Nitrosomonas as the predominant nitrifying bacteria with a relative abundance of 4.85%, Candidatus_Kuenenia as the main anaerobic ammonia-oxidizing bacteria with a relative abundance of 21.05%, and unclassified_Bacteria as the dominant denitrifying bacteria with a relative abundance of 14.59%. Overall, this study demonstrated the successful enrichment and symbiosis of ammonia oxidizing bacteria, anaerobic ammonia oxidizing bacteria, and denitrifying bacteria within the reactor.
