芬顿法处理涂料废水的试验研究

Experimental Study on Paint-producing Wastewater treatment by Fenton Method

  • 摘要: 采用芬顿法对难降解的某涂料生产废水进行试验研究。结果显示,在n(H2O2):n(Fe SO4)为1.4、n(H2O2):n(COD)比值为10.5的条件下,COD处理效果可达到93.92%;当固定n(H2O2):n(Fe SO4)为1.2~1.4范围内,并按n(H2O2):n(COD)比值为3.1~10.5调整药剂投加量时,COD去除率由46.06%增至93.92%;然而,在分别固定n(H2O2):n(COD)比值为3.1、10.5的情况下,根据不同的n(H2O2):n(Fe SO4)比值(1.2~2.8内)调整Fe SO4投加量并不能显著提升COD去除效果。此外,二级芬顿法也可有效去除COD,且所需的Fe SO4投加量显著低于一级。

     

    Abstract: The Fenton method was employed to investigate the treatment of the refractory wastewater from a coating production.The results demonstrated that the COD removal efficiency of 93.92% was achieved when the ratio of n(H2O2):n(FeSO4) was 1.4 and the ratio of n(H2O2):n(COD) was 10.5.By maintaining a fixed n(H2O2):n(FeSO4) ratio between 1.2~1.4 and an added n(H2O2):n(COD)ratio between 3.1~10.5,the COD removal rate increased from 46.06% to 93.92%.However,adjusting the FeSO4 dosage according to the n(H2O2):n(FeSO4) ratio ranging from 1.2 to 2.8 had no significant impact on COD removal when using respective ratios of n(H2O2):n(COD) at 3.1 and 10.5 respectively.Furthermore,employing a two-stage Fenton also improved COD removal efficiency with significantly lower FeSO4 requirements compared to the primary Fenton.
