Abstract:
Considering the great fluctuation of rural domestic sewage quality and quantity, this article applied the integrated equipment based on A
2O-MBBR process to treat rural domestic sewage, and investigated its treatment effect, economic indicators,and maintenance difficulty. Practical operation results indicated that the average removal rate of COD, ammonia nitrogen, TP, and TN could be 78.58%, 99.40%, 95.94%, and 92.96%, respectively. Besides, this process had a low investment and operating costs with a low energy consumption(0.7~0.8 kW·h/m
3 per ton water), showing an excellent energy-saving effect, and simply maintenance.These results proved that it was suitable for rural domestic sewage treatment.
