熔铝炉烟气脱硝改造技术探讨

Analysis of Denitration Transformation Technology for Flue Gas Emitted from Aluminum Melting Furnace

  • 摘要: 随着环保管控力度的不断加大,部分铝熔炼行业排放烟气中氮氧化物的含量不能满足国家对大气污染物排放浓度的最新要求。结合当前铝熔炼行业的烟气排放现状,对其脱硝改造的工艺选择、设备组成、布局形式及控制系统等技术问题进行了分析和探讨,并给出可行性改造方案,为熔铝炉烟气脱硝治理工作提供参考。

     

    Abstract: With the continuous strengthening of environmental protection control,the content of nitrogen oxides in the flue gas emitted by some aluminum smelting industries could not meet the latest requirements of the state on the emission concentration of air pollutants. Combined with the current situation of the flue gas emission in aluminum smelting industry,the technical problems such as process selection,equipment composition,layout form and control system of denitration transformation were analyzed and discussed,and the feasible transformation scheme was given,which provided reference for the treatment of out-of-stock flue gas in aluminum smelting furnace.
