Fenton流化床用于垃圾渗滤液深度处理的试验研究

Treatment of Landfill Leachate Using Fenton-Fluidized Bed

  • 摘要: 在废水Fenton高级氧化处理技术试验研究中,通过对传统Fenton工艺反应器做优化设计,开发了Fenton流化床装置。将Fenton流化床运用于垃圾渗滤液深度处理的中试研究,通过考察pH值、Fenton药剂投加量及反应时间对Fenton流化床去除COD的影响,得到Fenton流化床的工作特性。结果表明,此Fenton流化床在pH为2.59~3.95,COD/H2O2质量比为0.69~0.92,FeSO4/H2O2质量比为1.08~1.89,反应时间为50min的条件下,对COD的去除率稳定在60%~70%,且具有较好的污泥减量化效果。因此,此Fenton流化床可为废水高级氧化处理提供新的适用技术,与传统Fenton工艺相比,污泥的减量化可降低运行成本65%以上,从而具有重要的现实意义。

     

    Abstract: The new design of the Fenton-Fluidized bed was used to treat the landfill leachate. The study was to examine the effect of some factors on the operation of the new type Fenton-Fluidized bed,such as pH,dosage of Fenton's reagent(H2O2/FeSO4) and reaction time. The results showed that the optimal operating conditions for the Fenton-Fluidized bed were obtained with pH of 2. 59 ~ 3. 95,a H2O2/COD ratio of 0. 69 ~ 0. 92,a FeSO4/H2O2 ratio of 1. 08 ~ 1. 89 and reaction time of 50 min. Under these conditions,the removal efficiency of COD was 60%~ 70%,and the sludge production was also reduced greatly. Therefore,the fluidized bed Fenton process is more effective and competitive than the traditional Fenton process for wastewater treatment.
