某污水处理厂浙江标准改造实例分析

  • 摘要: 浙江省发布《城镇污水处理厂主要水污染物排放标准》(以下简称浙江标准),并于2019年1月1日起实施。《浙江标准》规定了CODCr、氨氮、总氮和总磷等4项污染物控制。义乌市稠江污水厂浙江标准改造工程保持现有的15万m3/d的污水处理规模不变,出水水质标准由一级A标准提升至浙江标准。根据现有实际运行情况分析,在原有处理系统的基础上,重点加强总氮和总磷的去除,并通过部分阀门、水泵改造和优化,增加ORP、氨氮硝氮仪等过程仪表,新增碳源投加系统和除磷投加系统等改造内容,提高过程控制和出水稳定性,出水可以稳定达到《浙江标准》。

     

    Abstract: Zhejiang province issued the 《Discharge standard of major water pollutants for municipal wastewater treatment plant》(hereinafter referred to as Zhejiang standard),which has beeneffected since January 1,2019.The standard stipulates the control of CODCr,ammonia nitrogen,total nitrogen and total phosphorus. Zhejiang standard reconstruction project, Chuojiang sewage treatment plant of Yiwu,kept the existing sewage treatment scale of 150000 m3/d unchanged,and the effluent quality standard would be upgraded from grade A standard to Zhejiang standard. According to the analysis of the actual operation situation,on the basis of the original treatment system,the removal of total nitrogen and total phosphorus would be mainly strengthened. Through the transformation and optimization of some valves and pumps,process instruments such as ORP,ammonia nitrogen and nitrate nitrogen meter were added,and the carbon source dosing system and phosphorus removal dosing system were added as well,so as to improve the process control and effluent stability,and the effluent could stably meet the Zhejiang standard,The project could provide some reference for retrofitting similar wastewater treatment projects.
