炉渣在农村生活污水净化中的应用试验

Adsorption performance of Slag and Its Application Test in the Purification of Rural Domestic Sewage

  • 摘要: 人工模拟农村生活污水,通过添加炉渣和不添加炉渣,并设置不同温度(15℃、25℃和35℃)下静滞和摇动处理,探讨炉渣净化农村生活污水的条件和效果。结果表明,污水经过炉渣静滞净化吸附后,污水中的TN、NH3-N、TP以及COD都有一定的降低,且随温度的升高,炉渣去除污水中TN、NH3-N、TP以及COD的作用越大,在35℃下去除率分别达到了4.9%、63.2%、94.5%和64.7%。如果加炉渣的生活污水再以一定的频率摇动,能有效地提高炉渣对污水中NH3-N的去除,去除率达到了90.0%,但对TN、TP以及COD的去除率有所下降。

     

    Abstract: The conditions and effects of slag on the purification of rural domestic sewage were studied by adding slag or not,shaking treatment or not,under different temperatures( 15℃,25℃ and 35℃). The results showed that the TN,NH3-N,TP and COD in sewage were reduced after the adsorption of slag without shaking treatment.The removal amount of TN,NH3-N,TP and COD in sewage from slag increased with temperature. The removal rates of TN,NH3-N,TP and COD in sewage by slag reached 4. 9%,63. 2%,94. 5% and 64. 7% respectively at 35℃. The removal rate of NH3-N in sewage could effectively be improved to 90. 0% by the adsorption of slag with shaking treatment,while the removal rate of TN,TP and COD decreases somewhat.
