安徽省工业炉窑污染排放特征初析

Preliminary Analysis of Pollutants Emission Characteristics of Industrial Furnaces and Kilns of Anhui Province

  • 摘要: 在相关统计数据的基础上,分析了2017年安徽省工业炉窑分布状况及工业炉窑SO2、NOX、颗粒物等主要大气污染物的区域、行业及炉型分布特点。结果表明:①淮南、阜阳、铜陵、芜湖、宣城、马鞍山、滁州7个市工业炉窑SO2、NOX、颗粒物排放量占全省工业炉窑废气排放量的68.8%、68.0%、74.1%;②非金属矿物制品业、有色金属冶炼和压延加工业、石油、煤炭及其他燃料加工业、化学原料和化学制品制造业4个行业工业炉窑SO2、NOX、颗粒物排放量占全省工业炉窑废气排放量的95.3%、96.1%、97.3%;③烧成窑、水泥熟料窑、熔炼炉、熔化炉、煅烧炉5类炉型SO2、NOX、颗粒物排放量占全省工业炉窑废气排放量的82.2%、85.3%、92.6%;④工业炉窑NOX去除率普遍较低。下一步应重点加强对重点区域、重点行业、重点炉型工业炉窑废气的污染控制和环境管理措施。

     

    Abstract: On the basis of the related statistical data,the distribution status and industry,type and spatial characteristics of major air pollutants( SO2,NOX and particulates) from the industrial furnaces and kilns of Anhui Province in 2017 were analyzed. The results showed that SO2,NOX and particulates emission of Huainan,Fuyang,Tongling,Wuhu,Xuancheng,Ma'anshan and Chuzhou City accounted for 68. 8%,68. 0% and 74. 1% of total emission of all industrial furnaces and kilns from the perspective of spatial distribution. From the perspective of industry distribution,SO2,NOX and particulates emission of non-metallic mineral products industry,non-ferrous metals smelting and pressing industry,petroleum,coal and other fuel processing industries,chemical raw materials and chemical manufacturing industry accounted for 95. 3%,96. 1% and 97. 3% of total emission of all industrial furnaces and kilns. From the perspective of type distribution,SO2,NOX and particulates emission of sintering kiln,cement clinker kiln,smelting furnace,melting furnace and calcining furnace accounted for 82. 2%,85. 3% and 92. 6% of total emission of all industrial furnaces and kilns. Generally,the denitrification efficiency of industrial furnaces and kilns was low. Therefore,future pollution control and environmental management measures should be strengthened on exhaust gas of industrial furnaces and kilns in key areas,industries and types.
