Abstract: According to the basic principle and calculation model of water resources ecological footprint in this paper,constructed water pollution ecological footprint model of the Poyang Lake Ecological Economic Zone( PLEEZ)and discussed the law of itsspatio-temporal differentiation. The driving factors of differentiation change for water pollution ecological footprint model in the PLEEZ was analyzed with the LMDI model from 2010 to 2013,and the regional difference was analyzed by combining the Thiel index decomposition method. Finally,the water matching index of each city for PLEEZ was constructed based on the economic and ecological perspective,the fairness of the water resources consumption in each city was evaluated through the index matrix,and judged the water pollution ecological footprint of each city in the PLEEZ in general.
