基于模糊综合评价法的轻型汽油车排放控制技术评价

Emission Control Technology Assessment of the Light Duty Gasoline Vehicles based on the Comprehensive Fuzzy Evaluation

  • 摘要: 应用模糊综合评价法对轻型汽油车排放控制技术进行评价,针对其技术特点,构建了包括环境、经济、技术等三方面共10项指标的综合评价指标体系。以国六轻型汽油车为例,针对三元催化器(TWC)、四效催化器(FWC)、TWC+汽油机颗粒捕集器(GPF)、TWC+cGPF、TWC+稀燃氮氧化物捕集技术(LNT)等排放控制技术方案进行定量评价,筛选出最佳可行技术。结果表明,国六轻型汽油车排放控制技术得分较高的是TWC+cGPF方案,该方案是目前轻型汽油车达到国六排放标准的主流技术方案,从而满足未来更严格的排放标准。综合评价指标体系可为移动源行业的最佳可行技术评估提供科学方法。

     

    Abstract: The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used to evaluate the emission control technology of light gasoline vehicles. According to the characteristics of light gasoline vehicle emission control technology,a comprehensive evaluation index system including 10 indicators such as environment,economy and technology etc. was constructed,which could effectively screen out the best applicable technology as an important reference. Taking the China Ⅵ light gasoline vehicle as an example,quantitatively evaluated its environmental,economic and technical indicators for TWC,FWC,TWC + GPF,TWC + cGPF,TWC + LNT emission control technologies and programs,and examined the best available technology. The results showed that the high-performance emission control technology was the TWC + cGPF emission control technology program,which is the current mainstream technical solution for the light gasoline vehicle to reach the China Ⅵ emission regulations and to meet more stringent emission standards in the future. It also provided scientific methods for the best applicable technology assessment in the mobile vehicle industry.
