Abstract: From the perspective of the ecological restoration of Niulan River in Zhaotong,this project studied the main ecological and environmental issues in the river basin,formulated a practical and operable governance and protection plan to form the riverside of Niulan River in Zhaotong. The ecological belt restoration pilot project has effectively controlled the factors affecting the ecological environment safety of Niulan River. The important ecological function protection areas and water conservation areas have been effectively protected,and the ecological environment has been significantly improved in Zhaotong.
