天津市某钢管加工厂地下水环境影响评价

Groundwater Environmental Impact Assessment of a Steel Pipe Processing Factory in Tianjin

  • 摘要: 以天津市某钢管加工厂为例,依据《HJ 610-2016环境影响评价技术导则地下水环境》,通过评价等级及范围、预测因子与时段、评价标准确定,以及对污染源强分析和模型概化,预测了该钢管加工生产项目运行后对地下水环境的影响。采用解析法计算出锌和总磷污染物的扩散迁移范围,得出非正常状况下锌、总磷预测污染物在服务期15年内影响范围会超出厂界。建议以建设单位为主体,按照国家相关规定与标准,通过监控、防渗防控和检漏等措施,减少污染对周边地下水环境的影响。

     

    Abstract: According to "Technical guidelines for environmental impact assessment-groundwater environment",a steel pipe processing factory in Tianjin was taken as an example for predicting the influence of manufacturing and processing on groundwater environment. Based on identifying estimation level and area,predictive factors and times,evaluation standard,pollution source,and generalized model,the ranges of diffusion migration for zinc and total phosphorus pollutions are calculated under abnormal condition. The results showed that the influential ranges of zinc and total phosphorus pollution would have expanded the factory's boundary by the time of service period of15-year. Consequently,it was suggested that the construction organizations should take a full responsibility to carry out the measures of pollutions monitoring,seepage control and leak detection in accordance with relevant regulations and standards,to reduce the influence on groundwater environment.
