利用便携式顶空-气质联用仪测定水中挥发性有机物的方法研究

Study on Determination Method of Volatile Organic Compound (VOC) in Water by Portable Headspace GC-MS

摘要: 利用便携式顶空-气质联用仪测定水中挥发有机物,首先设置便携式顶空进样器、气质联用仪的气相色谱及质谱的参数条件,然后将便携式顶空进样器、气质联用仪置于化学品泄漏事故现场采集数据,进而进行分析测试。分析结束后,利用总离子流图或提取选择离子进行定性分析,之后利用标准曲线,根据待测样品溶液的总离子流图强度或提取离子强度计算溶液中待测组分的浓度。与现有技术相比,本方法可在化学品泄漏事故现场第一时间进行快速分析,获得泄漏物质的信息,准确测出泄漏物质含量。

Abstract: The processing of the determination method of volatile organic compound in water by portable GC-MS includes setting the parameters of headspace and GC-MS,then putting the portable in the accident scene for data acquisition and analysis.After the end of analysis,the qualification was performed by TIC or EIC.According to intensity of TIC or EIC,the concentration of target compound could be calculated by the calibration curve.Compared to the popular technology,this method could be adopted and quickly test the unknown compound in the accident site and get the information and quantity of chemical compound.
