云南省锡冶炼低浓度SO2烟气脱硫石膏渣样品属性鉴别与环境管理对策建议

摘要: 锡冶炼低浓度SO2烟气脱硫渣中含有重金属等有毒有害元素,因其固体废物属性不明,在贮存、转移、处理处置过程中可能产生环境风险。对云南省典型锡冶炼工艺过程产生的31个低浓度SO2烟气石灰石膏法脱硫渣样品进行浸出毒性和腐蚀性鉴别实验,结果表明约93.5%的脱硫渣样品浸出液中As元素、100%的样品浸出液中Hg元素浓度超过危险废物浸出毒性鉴别标准限值,3个样品pH值> 12.5,全部脱硫渣样品具有危险特性,应按危险废物进行管理。提出了对策建议。Abstract: Low-concentration SO2 flue gas purification desulfurization residues of typical tin smelting processing contains toxic and harmful elements such as heavy metals.Due to the unknown solid waste properties,the desulfurization residues may cause unseen environmental risks when they were stored,transferred and disposed.Extraction toxicity and corrosively identification experiment of solid waste had been used to identify 31 samples of the desulfurization residues in Yunnan Province.The results showed that 93.5% of As content and 100% of Hg content in the extraction solution exceed the limits of toxicity identification standard and the pH value of three samples are greater than 12.5,which meant the desulfurization residues were toxic and corrosive.Therefore,the samples of typical desulfurization residues which generated from low-concentration SO2 flue gas purification of tin smelting were hazardous waste.Countermeasures were put forward.
