酸溶-微波消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定土壤及沉积物中的钽
Determination of Ta in Soil and Sediment Samples in Mixed Acid Using Microwave Digestion Method by Inductively Coupled Plasma-Mass Spectrometry

摘要: 采用氢氟酸-硝酸体系、微波消解法进行土壤及沉积物的消解,并使用电感耦合等离子体质谱仪进行测定。优化了消解条件,并确定了仪器使用条件,方法检出限为0.002mg/kg,对有证标准土壤样品进行测定的结果符合准确度要求,实际样品的相对标准偏差为1.9%~3.8%,样品回收率在91.0%~96.2%。方法具有良好的稳定性、灵敏度高、准确度高等特点。适合土壤中钽元素的测定。Abstract: In this paper,soil samples were digested by microwave digestion instrument with a mixed acid system of hydrofluoric acid and hydrogen nitrate in order to acquire tantalum(Ta).Inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS) was then used to test Ta.The digestion conditions and parameters of ICP-MS were optimized and established.The detected limit of the method was 0.002 mg/kg.Besides,the determination results of certified standard samples were qualified.The relative standard deviations(RSDs) of soil samples were between 1.9~3.8% with a recoveries for standard spiked samples in the range of 91.0%-96.2%.This method could be applied for determination of Ta in soil because of its accuracy,high sensitivity and stability.
