无为县环城河活水工程引水规模研究

Study on the Water Diversion Scale of the River around Wuwei County

  • 摘要: 以无为县环城河及周边水系为研究对象,在合理布局工程措施及确定水质改善目标的基础上,采用MIKE21水动力水质模型模拟不同工况下环城河水质达标需水量,并结合环城河生态需水和景观需水量的计算,确定环城河常年引水和应急引水条件下的流量规模。结果表明,环城河在常年引水流量为2m3/s的情况下,可保证丰、平、枯水年引水时水质均达到Ⅳ类水水质目标;应急引水为4m3/s的情况下,可保证环城河水质在6d内从劣V类水改善为Ⅳ类水。通过闸站的调蓄,丰、平、枯水年可以保证引水流量达到2m3/s的时间分别为94.5%、81.4%和59.2%,引水量占水源来水量的比例分别为58.6%、68.8%和71.7%。

     

    Abstract: The object of this paper is to determine the annual and emergency water diversion scale of the river around Wuwei County considering the amount of water needed to maintain the water ecological environment and the landscape water level.The MIKE21 model was used to calculate the water scale required under different conditions,and the Tennant method was used to calculate the ecological water requirement.The results showed that water quality of the river could reach its water quality target as the Class IV among the high,median and low flow years when the diversion flow rate was 2 m3/s,and the water quality could be improved from poor V class to IV class within 6 day when the diversion flow rate was 4 m3/s.The ratio of time that the diversion flow could reach 2 m3/s by regulation of gate was 94.5%,81.4% and 59.2% of high,median and low flow years,and the ratio of water diversion to water supply was 58.6%,68.8% and 71.7%,respectively.
